Restore Catholic School Funding
Take Action Now
Because  the State Education Department changed the original Comprehensive  Attendance Policy (CAP)reimbursement formula, religious and independent  schools across the state are being cheated out of approximately $15 million.  During these final weeks of budget negotiations, lawmakers  have an opportunity to restore the original CAP formula, thereby  ensuring that Catholic schools are reimbursed for their actual costs in  complying with CAP.  Please email the Governor and your Senate and  Assembly representatives as soon as possible. A pre-written, fully  editable email is
HERE. Just put in your address information to ensure it goes to your correct legislators.
