About Us

Welcome to St. Mary School, a Roman Catholic School located in East Islip, New York.  Our school was established in 1914 by the School Sisters of Notre Dame.  We continue to provide challenging academic programs rooted in the Catholic tradition for children in Nursery (3 year olds) through Grade 8.  St. Mary School prepares and inspires students to apply the gospel message to all areas of their lives.  We encourage all to think, to question, and to analyze in order to take their place as productive, cultured and educated Christians.  All are welcome.
