Building Faith & Minds for the Future
Est. 1914
It is a blessing to be back in the classroom for my 27th year at St. Mary School!
Being a Catholic-school teacher is one of my greatest sources of happiness. Where else can one speak freely about the love of the Lord? In today's world, our children need to know that they are cherished by a God whose love knows no limits.
My personal education is also Catholic-based. After graduating from Molloy College with a degree in English and graduating with my master's degree in secondary education, I first taught in St. Barnabas-my alma mater-which later became St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Regional School in East Meadow. When my husband and I were looking for a home, we decided to look in a location that had a good, strong Catholic school so that our children would also be Catholic-educated.
As we begin a new school year, I look forward to spending this time with you and your children.
